目的:观察姜炭对虚寒性出血证大鼠凝血5项指标和血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的影响。方法:将80只SD大鼠随机分为8组:空白组、模型组、姜炭组和姜炭加模型组高、中、低剂量组
每组10只。模型组和姜炭加模型组均以大黄水煎液ig造成虚寒模型
共10 d。从造模第6天开始
空白组和模型组ig生理盐水
姜炭组ig给与不同剂量的姜炭混悬液(10

连续5 d;模型组和姜炭组采用眼眶放血法造成出血模型。末次给药后1 h采血测定凝血5项:凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)和血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)。结果:姜炭高、中剂量组能显著缩短虚寒性出血证大鼠的TT(P<0.05)

APTT(P<0.05)
提高FIB的含量(P<0.01)、减少D-D的含量(P<0.05)
提高TXB2(P<0.01)而下调6-keto-PGF1α(P<0.01)的含量。结论:姜炭可能是通过影响大鼠凝血系统和调节TxB2
6-酮-前列腺素F1α含量来发挥止血、凝血作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Zingiber officinale carbo on coagulation function and thromboxane B2(TXB2)

d-dimer(D-D) and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α were observed.Result: Z.officinale carbo could effectively shorten TT(P<0.05)

increase the contents of FIB(P<0.01)
and decrese the contents of D-D(P<0.05)
increase the level of TXB2(P<0.01) and decrease the level of 6-keto-PGF1α(P<0.01).Conclusion: The mechanism of Z.officinale carbo may affect the coagulation and the level of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α.
