不同方法提取核桃楸皮挥发油的气质联用分析
摘要
目的:分析核桃楸皮挥发油的主要化学成分。方法:分别采用汽汽萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取核桃楸皮中挥发油
并通过GC-MS技术对其化学成分进行分析
面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:汽汽萃取法提取的挥发油共鉴定出34种成分
占挥发油总成分97.76%;水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油共鉴定出19种成分
占挥发油总成分69.06%。结论:两种提取方法得到的核桃楸皮挥发油组分与含量差别较大
为全面了解核桃楸皮中挥发性成分及其进一步开发应用提供了实验依据。
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the main chemical constituents of volatile oil from barks of Juglans mandshurica.Method:Volatile oil from barks of Juglans mandshurica was extracted by vapour-vapour extraction method(VVE) and steam distillation method(SD)
respectively.These constituents separated from the volatile oil were identified by GC-MS
and the relative percentage of these constituents were calculated by area normalization method.Result:34 components in volatile oil extracted by VVE were separated and identified
which took 97.76% of the total volatile oil;19 constituents in volatile oil extracted by SD were also separated and identified
and their relative percentage was 69.06% of the total volatile oil.Conclusion:The constituents and content of volatile oil extracted by VVE and SD exhibited significant differences
these results provided experimental basis for understanding the constituents and further exploitation of volatile oil from barks of J.mandshurica.
