摘 要:【目的】对舒胸片进行血清药物化学研究。【方法】采用血清药物化学的研究方法,采用SD大鼠灌胃给药,于给药一定时间后取血,测定复方及各单味药提取液血样的HPLC色谱图。【结果】舒胸片血清HPLC指纹图中可检出15个成分,其中血清本身具的成分4个,其余11个可能来自复方的原成分及其代谢产物。舒胸片中已知的6种主要成分(川芎嗪、羟基红花黄花素A、阿魏酸、三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1)均可从血清中检出,表明为入血成分。在血清HPLC指纹图谱与复方HPLC指纹图谱的基础上,建立了舒胸片的表观血清指纹图谱。【结论】所建立的舒胸片提取液HPLC指纹图谱测定方法操作简便,重复性好,可反映舒胸片药材中多成分的信息,故本研究为有效控制舒胸片的内在质量提供了可靠的方法,并为该制剂的深入研究奠定了基础。
Abstract:Aim:Perorm serum pharmacochemistry study on extract in Shuxiong Tablets. Methods:HPLC research on the serum fingerprints chromatograms of Shuxiong tablet extract based on blood serum chemical pharmacy: After SD rats are administrated by gavages
samples are taken respectively after certain periods and measures are made on serum chromatograms of both mixed extracts and each single extract
then analysis is made. including 16 components can be detected in the fingerprint serum
including 5 of the serum itself
and the other 11 may come from the original compound and their metabolites. Conclusion:the 6 major components of Shuxiong tablet (ligustazine、hydroxysafflor yellow A、ferulic acid、notoginsenoside R1、ginsenoside Rg1、ginsenoside Rb1) which are in the blood or transitional elements in the blood. The serum chromatograms of Shuxiong tablet are established on the basis of serum HPLC fingerprint chromatograms and compound HPLC fingerprint chromatograms. Results:HPLC research on fingerprint chromatograms is simple and reproducible
and the fingerprint chromatograms can reflect multi-ingredients in the Shuxiong tablet
therefore
this study provides a reliable method for the effective quality control of Shuxiong tablet
and prepares for in-depth study on the tablet.
