摘要

目的：建立瓜蒌皮药材的 HPLC 指纹图谱。方法：采用 Agilent TC-C18( 4.6 mm × 250 mm

5 mm)色谱柱

以乙腈-0.2%冰乙酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱

检测波长为 260 nm

流速为 0.8 mL.min -1

柱温为 25 ℃

进样20 mL。结果：建立了瓜蒌皮药材的HPLC指纹图谱

方法学考察结果良好

确立了13个共有峰

其中5个共有峰得到确认

10批瓜蒌皮样品指纹图谱的相似度均＞0.9。结论：该方法稳定性、重复性好

建立的指纹图谱可为瓜蒌皮的质量评价提供依据。

Abstract

Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Pericarpium trichosanthis. Method: The HPLC method was used on an Agilent TC-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm

5 mm) chromatographic column with acetonitrile-0.2% ice acetic acid as mobile phase in gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 260 nm with the flow rate of 0.8 mL.min-1

and the column temperature is 25 ℃

the sample injection was 20 mL. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of Pericarpium trichosanthis was established. The methodological investigation result was good. 13 common peaks were existed in the fingerprint and five common peaks were confirmed. The similarities of 10 batches of Pericarpium trichosanthis are > 0.9. Conclusion: The method is stability

and the established fingerprint can provide a basis for quality evaluation of Pericarpium trichosanthis.
