摘要

[摘要] 目的: 建立清肾颗粒中白花蛇舌草的质量控制标准。方法: 采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的白花蛇舌草进行定性鉴别，采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中白花蛇舌草的去乙酰车叶草酸甲酯的含量。色谱条件：色谱柱为Kromasil C18 （4.6 mm ? 250 mm，5 μm），流动相为乙腈-水（3.5: 96.5），检测波长236 nm，流速1.0 mL?min-1。结果：薄层色谱清晰，阴性无干扰，重现性良好，去乙酰车叶草酸甲酯在0.042 ~ 1.35 4 μg呈良好的线性关系（r = 1.000 0）平均回收率99.96%（RSD 1.66%，n = 6）。结论：该方法可操作性强，重复性好，可用于清肾颗粒中白花蛇舌草的质量控制。

Abstract

[Abstract] Objective: To study on quality standard of Hedyotis Diffusae Wild. in the Qingshen granule. Method:Thin-layer chrmatography was used to identidy Hedyotis Diffusae Wild.

The content of Deacetyl asperulosidicacid methyl ester was determined by HPLC. The HPLC consisted of Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm ? 250 mm

acetonitrile-water (3.5: 96.5) as mobile phase

flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1

detection wavelength at 276 nm. Result:The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by HPLC was distinct

accurate and reproducible.The linear range of Deacetyl asperulosidicacid methyl ester was 0.042 μg ~ 1.35 4 μg(r = 1.000 0). the average recovery was 99.96% With RSD of 1.66%(n = 6). Conclusion: The methods are accurate and quick in qualitative identification and quantitative assay of this preparation

can be used for the quality control of Qingshen granule.
