目的: 建立不同叶型五指毛桃中补骨脂素含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。 方法: 采用Extend-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm);流动相 乙腈-水 35∶65;流速1.0 mL·min-1;柱温 35 ℃
检测波长245 nm。 结果: 补骨脂素对照品在1.04~104 mg·L-1范围内呈良好曲线关系
线性回归方程 Y=72.150 6X+133.483 0
r=0.999 1
平均加样回收率为93.6%
RSD 1.975%。 结论: 不同叶型的五指毛桃中补骨脂素的含量有差异
该方法操作简便、准确性高、重复性好
可用于五指毛桃药材的质量评价。
Abstract
Objective:To establish the method by HPLC for determination of psoralen in different leave type of Radix Fici. Method: HPLC was conducted with a Extend-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) column
the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(35∶65)with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 245 nm. Result: Psoralen's linearity was good in a range of 1.04-104 mg·L-1
The linear regression standard curve was Y=72.150 6X+133.483 0(r=0.999 1) and the average recovery was 96.3% with RSD 1.975%. Conclusion: Psoralen is different in quantity of different leave type of Radix Fici. This method is simply and accurate
and has good repeatability. It could be used to quality evaluation method for Radix Fici.
