摘要

目的: 探讨代谢综合征(MS)中医证型与胰岛素抵抗(IR)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)、瘦素(LEP)的相关性。方法: 检测99例确诊的MS患者的血脂

空腹血糖(FPG)

空腹血浆胰岛素(FIns)

CRP

LEP等指标

与24例体检正常的患者作对照

运用Sas9.13分析中医证型与各检测指标的相关性。结果: MS中医各证型组血脂

FPG

Fins

CRP

LEP均高于正常组

具有可比性P<0.05

并且有一定规律。结论: MS各中医证型与IR及CRP

LEP密切相关

可将CRP

LEP作为辨证分型的参考指标。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the metabolic syndrome (MS) and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome type of insulin resistance(IR)and C-reactiveprotein (CRP)

leptin (LEP) correlation. Method: Testing ninety-nine cases diagnosed patients with MS of blood lipid

fasting plasma glucose (FPG)

fasting plasma insulin (FIns)

CRP

LEP etc index

and 24 cases of patients with normal physical examination as a control

Sas9.13 analysis application of TCM syndrome type and the detection index correlation. Result: MS TCM syndrome type group the blood fat

CRP

LEP are higher than normal group

and there is a certain rule. Conclusion: MS the TCM syndrome type and IR and CRP

LEP closely related

but will CRP

LEP as dialectical parting reference index.
