摘要

目的: 建立高效毛细管电泳法同时测定不同产地多叶棘豆中3种黄酮类化合物含量的方法。方法: 采用高效毛细管电泳法

弹性石英毛细管柱75 μm×50 cm

电动进样15 s

分离电压18 kV

毛细管温度25 ℃

检测波长为283 nm

运行缓冲液为0.25 mol·L-1硼砂30%乙腈溶液。结果: 不同产地多叶棘豆中3种黄酮类化合物的含量有较大差异

所用实验条件下

3种对照品溶液分别在1.00～40.00(r=0.999 8)

2.00～80.00(r=0.999 9)

0.50～80.00 mg·L-1(r=0.999 6)具有良好的线性关系

平均回收率均>96.00%

RSD<2.0%。结论: 建立的高效毛细管电泳法可作为多叶棘豆质量控制的一种方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish an HPCE method for determination of the content of three flavonoids in Oxytropismyriophylla from different areas. Method: High-performance capillary electrophoresis with an elastic silica capillary (75 μm×50 cm) was used.The electro-injection time was 15 s

voltage 18 kV

capillary temperature at 25 ℃

and the detection wavelength at 283 nm.The electrolyte buffer was composed of 0.25 mol·L-1 borax with 30% acetonitrile. Result: Content of three flavonoids in Oxytropismyriophylla from different habitats varied greatly.All calibration curves showed good linear regression (r≥0.999 6) within the tested range.All average recoveries were more than 96.00% and RSD less than 2.0%. Conclusion: This experiment has established an HPCE method which can become a quality control access of Oxytropismyriophylla.
