摘要

目的: 进行库区道地药材大叶当归药材的质量标准研究

着重建立当归药材的阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法: 色谱条件:TSK-GEL DDS-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(30:70:0.3

V/V/V);流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长:320 nm;柱温:40 ℃; 结果: 阿魏酸在0.006～0.15 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系

回归方程为Y=4 564 754X-3 882.699

(r=0.999 9)。并测定十批大叶当归药材阿魏酸的含量在0.09～0.33 mg·g-1之间。RSD平均值为1.26%。结论: 建立了大叶当归药材的阿魏酸的含量测定方法

并制定了阿魏酸的含量限度

方法操作简便、准确快速、重复性好

有效控制大叶当归药材的质量。

Abstract

Objective: To conduct quality standard study of Angelica megaphylla in a large reservoir area focused on the establishment of ferulic acid assay method. Method: Chromatographic conditions: TSK-GEL DDS-C18(4.6 mm×150mm

5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-water-phosphoric acid(30: 70: 0.3); flow rate: 1.0 mL·min-1; detection wavelength: 320 nm; column temperature: 40 ℃. Result: Ferulic acid was linear in the range of 0.006-0.15 μg

and the linear regression equation was: Y=4 564 754X-3 882.699(r=0.999 9).ferulic acid in ten batchs of A. sinensis was determined in 0.09-0.33 mg·g-1. RSD was 1.26%. Conclusion: The method for determination of ferulic acid and the limit developed is simple

reproducible

can effectively control the quality of A.megaphylla
