Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Jingfukang Granule by water extraction coupling rectification(WER). Method: The anti-inflammatory effect was evaluated by ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene
celiac capillary vessel permeability induced by acetic acid in mice and foot swelling induced by carrageenan in rats. The analgesic effect was evaluated by writhing method in mice
hot-plate method in mice and water bath method in rats. Result: Compared to Jingfukang Granule
Jingfukang Granule by WER could significantly inhibit the ear edema formation (P<0.01
P<0.001)
acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability and foot swelling (P<0.05
P<0.01). Jingfukang Granule by WER could also significantly increase the threshold of pain (P<0.01
P<0.001). It could also decrease the contents of interleakin(IL-1)
fumor mecrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and prostaglaodin E2(PGE2)(P<0.01
P<0.001). Conclusion : Jingfukang Granule by WER has more significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects
