目的: 在无菌培养条件下探讨植物激素对滇重楼种子休眠破除及植株形态发生的影响。 方法: 以滇重楼成熟种子为试验材料
在无菌培养条件下采用正交试验设计研究赤霉素(GA3)、玉米素核苷(ZR)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)及活性炭(AC)对滇重楼种子休眠破除的影响
并对无菌萌发过程中植株形态发生进行观察。 结果 : 滇重楼种子无菌培养过程中种子萌动的最佳配比是GA3-ZR-IAA-AC(1.0 mg·L-1∶1.0 mg·L-1∶0.1 mg·L-1∶0.5 g·L-1)
种子萌动率达80.00%
4种因子对滇重楼种子萌动率作用大小为IAA>GA3>ZR>AC;滇重楼种子无菌培养过程中种子萌发的最佳配比是GA3-ZR-IAA-AC(1.0 mg·L-1∶1.0 mg·L-1∶0.1 mg·L-1∶0.5 g·L-1)
种子萌发率达66.66%
4种因子对滇种楼种子发芽率作用大小为AC>IAA>ZR>GA3。 结论 :培养基添加植物激素GA

Objective:To explore the effect of phytohormone on the breaking seed dormancy and plant morphogenesis of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis under aseptic culture condition. Method: The mature seeds of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis were used for the experimental materials. The effects of gibberellic acid (GA3)
trans-zeatin-riboside (ZR)
3-indolyl-acetic acid (IAA)
and active carbon (AC) on the breaking seed dormancy of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis were investigated under aseptic culture condition by orthogonal experimental design
at the same time
during the aseptic germination process the plant morphogenesis was observed. Result: The best ratio for the seed protrusion of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis was GA3-ZR-IAA-AC 1.0 mg·L-1∶1.0 mg·L-1∶0.1 mg·L-1∶0.5 g·L-1
and seed protrusion rate is up to 80.00%. The role sequence of four factors on the seed protrusion rate of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis has been found to decrease in the order: IAA>GA3>ZR>AC. The best ratio for the seed germination of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis is: GA3-ZR-IAA-AC 1.0 mg·L-1∶1.0 mg·L-1∶0.1 mg·L-1∶0.5 g·L-1
and seed germination rate is up to 66.66%. The role sequence of four factors on the seed germination rate of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis was found to decrease in the order: AC>IAA>ZR>GA3. Conclusion: Adding the phytohormone GA

and AC into the culture medium has very important influence on the breaking seed dormancy
