摘要

目的: 建立抗炎消肿丸的质量标准。方法: 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别成方制剂中地丁、蒲公英、栀子、连翘

以HPLC测定黄芩苷的含量。结果: TLC鉴别可明显鉴别地丁、蒲公英、栀子、连翘

黄芩苷在0.016 48～0.082 4 g·L-1线性关系良好(r=1)

平均回收率为99.95%

RSD 0.89%。结论: 该方法操作简便

结果准确

重复性好

可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the quality standard for anti-inflammation pills. Method: Viola yedoensis

Taraxacum mongolicum

Gardenia jasminoides and Forsythia suspense were identified by TLC.Baicalin was determined by HPLC. Result: The results of TLC showed that the relevant spots were clear without interference in the blank reference.The content of baicalin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.016 48-0.082 4 g·L-1 (r=1.0).The average recovery rate was 99.95% and RSD was 0.89%. Conclusion: The established qualitative and quantitative methods are simple

accurate

reliable and reproducible

and can be effectively used for the quality control of anti-inflammation pills.
