喉喑安片的干法制粒工艺优选
摘要
目的: 优选喉喑安片的干法制粒工艺。 方法: 采用L9(34)正交设计试验
选取轮轧压力、压轮转速、进料转速为考察因素
以多指标综合评分考察干法制粒的工艺条件;在25 ℃
90%RH条件下
考察制备的喉喑安片的引湿性。 结果: 最佳干法制粒工艺为A1B3C3
即轮轧压力4 MPa
压轮转速30 r·min-1
进料转速20 r·min-1
第10 d的引湿试验平均增重1.5%。 结论: 该制备工艺质量稳定
产品防潮性良好。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize dry granulation technology of Houyin'an tablets. Method: With wheel rolling pressure
wheel speed and feeding speed as investigation factors
L9(34) orthogonal test was used to optimize dry granulation technology conditions with muiti-index composite score as index;Under 25 ℃
90%RH conditions
hygroscopicity of prepared Houyin'an tablets was investigated. Result: Optimum dry granulation technology was A1B3C3
that was the wheel rolling pressure of 4 MPa
pressure wheel speed 30 r·min-1
feeding speed of 20 r·min-1.On the tenth day
average increased weight of Houyin'an tablets was 1.5% by hygroscopicity test. Conclusion: Quality of Houyin'an tablets was stable with good moisture resistance
