摘要

介绍克服糖尿病治疗和控制难题的研究进展。根据糖尿病联合用药的趋势

查阅相关文献进行整理、分析、归类

结果显示结合拼合原理的发展、分类及其在新药研发中的应用理论

并提出利用拼合原理

将适宜的中西药分子经共价键结合制成孪药。且结合中西药优势

获得毒副作用小、药理效应相加的降血糖新药。此应用设想即为联合用药开辟一条新的思路

又可体现联合用药新的发展趋势。

Abstract

To overcome problems about the treatment and control of diabetes mellitus.According to the trend of drug combination of diabetes

combined with the classification、development and application of combination principles

proposed making twin medicine with the covalent bond by using suitable traditional Chinese and Western medicine molecule using the principle. Combined the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine

we will obtain the new hpyerglycemic drugs with decreased toxic side effects and increased pharmacological effect. This application will not only open up a new way for drug combination

but reflect a new development trend of drug combination.
