摘要

目的: 以循证医学系统评价方法Meta分析为依据

客观评价中医补肾泻浊法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法: 检索国内各种医学期刊杂志

选择中医补肾泄浊法与中成药尿毒清治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的随机对照的试验研究。共纳入16篇随机对照临床试验文献并进行Meta分析。结果: 与尿毒清组相比

补肾泻浊法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭在总体疗效

降低血肌酐、血尿素氮等方面优于尿毒清治疗组。结论: 补肾泄浊法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效优于尿毒清

但还需要设计良好的随机对照及多中心临床试验做进一步证实。

Abstract

Objective:Using evidence-based Meta analysis to evaluate traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Xiezhuo method in the treatment efficacy and safety of chronic renal failure. Method: Retrieval of domestic medical journals

choose Chinese medicine Bushen Xiezhuo method with Niaoduqing in the treatment of chronic renal failure randomized controlled experimental study. 16 randomized controlled clinical trials and Meta analysis. Result: compared with Niaoduqing

Bushen Xiezhuo method in the treatment of chronic renal failure in overall efficacy

lower serum creatinine

blood urea nitrogen

are superior to that of Niaoduqing treatment group. Conclusion: Bushen Xiezhuo method in treating chronic renal failure of the superior efficacy of Niaoduqing

but also needs to be well designed randomized controlled multicenter clinical trial and further confirmed.
