摘要

目的: 建立蛇连川贝胶囊(蛇胆、川贝母、半夏、黄连、甘草)中贝母素甲的含量测定方法。方法: 采用HPLC法

使用C18柱

流动相乙腈-水-二乙胺(70∶30∶0.3);ELSD漂移管温度70 ℃

氮气流速2.0 L·min-1

柱温35 ℃。结果: 贝母素甲与杂质得到很好分离

进样量在0.18~1.08 μg时线性关系良好

回归方程为Y=1.170 6X+6.26(r=0.999 5)

平均加样回收率99.79%

RSD 2.0%。结论: 方法结果准确

便于操作

可作为蛇连川贝胶囊的质量控制方法之一。

Abstract

Objective:To establish the method of determining peiminein Shelian Chuanbei capsules. Method: HPLC-ELSD was used to determine peimine in Shelian Chuanbei capsules.The chromatographic analysis were carried on C18 column

The mobile phase composition was acetonitrile-water -diethylamine (70∶30∶0.3) at 35 ℃;Drift tube temperature was 70 ℃

gas flow rate was 2.0 L·min-1. Result: Peimine were separated well. The calibration curves was linear in the ranges of 0.18-1.08 μg.and regressive equations was Y=1.170 6X+6.26.Average recoveries was 99.79% Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid and with satisfactory results

It is suitable for quality control of Shelian Chuanbei capsules.
