摘要

目的: 建立测定芩玄颗粒中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法: 采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱

流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(45∶55)

流速1.0 mL·min-1

检测波长277 nm

柱温30 ℃

进样量10 μL。结果: 黄芩苷浓度在2.128~106.4 mg·L-1与峰面积线性关系良好

平均回收率为101.50%

RSD 1.00%(n=6)。结论: 该方法操作快速、结果准确

专属性强

灵敏度高

可用于芩玄颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Qinxuan granules. Method: The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid(45∶55)

the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1

the detection wavelength was at 277 nm

the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃

the inject volume was 10 μL. Result: A good linear correlation of baicalin was observed within the range of 2.128-106.4 μg·min-1. The average recovery was 101.50% with RSD 1.00% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate; it can be used for the determination of baicalin in Qinxuan granules.
