摘要

目的: 提高脾肾两助丸的质量标准

建立脾肾两助丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法

以乙腈-0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(10∶90)为流动相

色谱柱为Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

检测波长230 nm。结果: 芍药苷进样量在0.106 2~ 1.062 μg与峰面积线性关系良好(r =0.999 95)

平均回收率为96.83%。结论: 方法专属性强

准确、简便

可用于脾肾两助丸的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To improve the quality standard of Pishen Liangzhu pills

the study of HPLC methodology was carried out to determine the paeoniflorin in the pills. Method: Using HPLC. The separation was performed on Kromasil-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

using a mixture of acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (10∶90) as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was wet at 230 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.106 2-1.062 μg (r=0.999 95). The average recovery for paeoniflorin was 96.83%. Conclusion: The method is selective

accurate and simple. It is suitable for controlling the quality of Pishen Liangzhu pills.
