Objective: To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Wenjing Yangxue Huoxue recipe (YWYHC) combined with reduced glutathione (GSH) for preventing the chronic neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin. Method: Seventy patients with malignant tumor of digestive system treated with mFOLFOX6 regimen were randomized into the treatment group and the control group

35 in each group. The patients in the control group received infusion of 1 500 mg·m-2 of GSH intravenously with NS 100 mL before chemotherapy with oxaliplatin
