重复性好;大豆苷在0.042 1~1.011 μg呈良好的线性关系
染料木苷在 0.041 3~0.991 μg线性关系良好。 结论: 所建立的方法简便快速、准确度好
可作为大豆黄卷的质量控制方法。
Abstract
Objective: To develop the quality standard of Sojae Semen Germinatum. Method: TLC method was used to identify leucine and genistin. In the HPLC method
the separation was performed on a C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) column with methanol-1% acetic acid as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm. Result: For the HPLC quantitation method
the calibration curve of daidzin displayed ideal linearity in the range of 0.042 1-1.011 μg. And the calibration curve of genistin displayed ideal linearity in the range of 0.041 3-0.991 μg. Conclusion: The TLC identification and HPLC determination were sensitive
reliable and repeatable and can be applied for the quality evaluation and assessment of Sojae Semen Germinatum.
