目的: 探讨小叶锦鸡儿黄酮类成分对实验性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的作用。 方法: 以正常大鼠作为空白对照组
采用大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO) 制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型
以阿司匹林(12.5 mg·kg-1)作为阳性对照
小叶锦鸡儿总黄酮(CMF)按照25
50
100 g·kg-1剂量
灌胃给药4周
观察给药后对MCAO大鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响
并测定其全血黏度和血浆黏度(η)
血小板聚集率(PAgT)
红细胞聚集指数(EAI)
红细胞刚性指数(IR)
红细胞变形指数(DI)。 结果: 通过比较各组大鼠血流变学指标η(mPa·s)

(1.08±0.42)nmol·mL-1均可提高MCAO大鼠脑组织SOD活性
降低MDA含量。 结论: CMF对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有脑保护作用
这可能与其抗氧化应激、降低血黏度有关。
To explore the effect of total flavonoid on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Method: The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was used to induce focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model in rats

(1.08±0.42)nmol·mL-1 increased the bioactivity of SOD and decreased the content of MDA. Conclusion: The CMF has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats; it might be relevant to the role of anti-oxidative stress and decreased blood viscosity.
