目的: 探讨桑叶多糖对大负荷长期运动训练小鼠免疫功能的影响。 方法: 120只昆明种小白鼠随机分为安静对照组(C)、运动组(T)、盐水+运动组(S+T)、高剂量桑叶多糖+运动组(HM+T)、中剂量桑叶多糖+运动组(MM+T)、低剂量桑叶多糖+运动组(LM+T)
每组20只。除安静对照组外
其余各组小鼠进行4周负重5%游泳训练
6次/周
50 min/次
HM+T组、MM+T组、LM+T组分别以150
200
250 mg·kg-1·d-1剂量ig
S+T组小鼠ig等体积生理盐水
连续4周。测定各组小鼠血象、体质量、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、脾脏/胸腺指数、血清凝集效价、体外抗体形成细胞的数量。 结果: 与S+T组比较
桑叶多糖可以明显增加小鼠白细胞(WBC)数、淋巴细胞绝对值、中性粒细胞绝对值(P<0.05~P<0.01);桑叶多糖均可不同程度增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数
MM+T
HM+T组吞噬率(35.7±5.17)%
(36.7±4.83)%显著高于S+T组(29.2±4.27)%
吞噬指数(3.19±1.23
2.49±1.29)显著高于S+T组(3.91±1.29)(P<0.05);桑叶多糖能增加小鼠胸腺和脾脏质量(P<0.05)
提高脾脏/胸腺指数
MM+T
HM+T组脾脏指数(1.53±0.61)
(1.73±0.69)mg·g-1显著高于S+T组(1.09±0.68)mg·g-1
胸腺指数(1.98±0.59)
(2.21±0.63)mg·g-1显著高于S+T组(1.49±0.51)mg·g-1(P<0.05~P<0.01);桑叶多糖可以明显提高血清凝集效价以及体外抗体形成细胞的数量(P<0.05~P<0.01)。 结论: 桑叶多糖能增强长期大负荷运动小鼠机体免疫功能
调节免疫细胞以及免疫分子。其中桑叶多糖中、高剂量的效果明显。
Objective:To explore the effect of mulberry leaves polysaccharide on the immune function of mice with long-term heavy training. Method: One hundred and twenty mice were divided into six groups at random: quiet control group

other groups of mice do swimming training with 5% weight for 50 minutes
with 6 times a week. The mice in mulberry leaves polysaccharide movement group were orally given with the dosage of 150

2.49±1.29) than that in the saline movement group(3.91±1.29)(P<0.05). polysaccharid could increase the weight of thymus and spleen significantly(P<0.05)
and could increase index of spleen and thymus. Mulberry Leaves polysaccharid could increase serum agglutination titer and the quantity of plaque-forming cell significantly(P<0.05-P<0.01). Concllusion: Mulberry leaves polysaccharides can enhance long-term heavy load exercise mice immune function
regulation of immune cells and immune molecules. The effect in medium and high dose mulberry leaves polysaccharides is more significant.
