摘要

目的:采用毛细管气相色谱建立八角茴香油中草蒿脑的含量测定方法。方法:通过水蒸气蒸馏从八角茴香中提取得挥发油

采用毛细管气相色谱进行分析测定。HP-INNOWax毛细管柱(0.32mm×30m

0.50μm)

分流比100:1程序升温

FID检测器。结果:草蒿脑在0.08~0.32μg峰面积与进样量呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998)

草蒿脑定量限为2.0ng

平均回收率为101.0%

RSD1.27%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好

可作为八角茴香油中草蒿脑的质量控制方法。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of estragole in anise oil. Method:The essential oil was extracted from Illicium verum and then analyzed by GC. the GC was fitted with HP-INNOWax capillary column (0.32 mm×30 m×0.50 μm) film thickness; flame ionization detector and operated under the following conditions:Nitrogen carrier gas; split injection 100:1; temperature programming. Result:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.08-0.32 μg for estragole

r=0.999 8

average recovery of estragole was 101.0%

RSD was 1.27%(n=9). Conclusion:The method is simple

accurate

reproducible and can be used as the quality control for Illicium verum.
