Objective:To discuss the firmula regularity of Chinese herbal compound in the treatment of hand-feet-mouth disease in children. Method: The data was collected from January

2000 to December

2010.More than 126 Chinese herbal formulas used in 20 cases and without adverse reaction

were searched through the CNKI medical database; and the database was set up using Excel 2003 software

the name of each herbal medicine in the compound was collected for a statistical analysis. The herbs which were frequently used were analyzed to obtain formula rules. Result: Of the total 126 Chinese herbal compound in the treatment of hand-feet-mouth disease in Children

for 156 kind of hebs the frequence of application reached 1 625

and the top 10 in application were honeysuckle

glycyrrhiza and weeping forsythia

etc. Conclusion: The relationship between the three factors(heat evil

pathogenic wind

and pathogenic dampness) and hand foot and mouth disease was verified through the study of the Chinese herbal compound in the treatment of hand-feet-mouth disease in Children.
