摘要

目的: 测定苦参素空间稳定脂质体(Kushenin -SSL)的包封率

并考察其体外释放规律。方法: 采用乙醇注入法制备Kushenin-SSL

用葡聚糖凝胶G-50柱分离Kushenin-SSL和游离苦参素

HPLC测定包封率。按《中国药典》2010年版溶出度第2法考察Kushenin-SSL的体外释放规律。结果: Kushenin-SSL平均包封率83.57 %

Kushenin-SSL体外释放曲线符合Higuchi方程。结论: Kushenin-SSL的包封率符合《中国药典》要求

其具有良好的体外缓释作用。

Abstract

Objective:To determine encapsulation efficiency of kushenin sterically stabilized liposomes (Kushenin-SSL)

and investigate its in vitro release law. Method: Kushenin-SSL was prepared by ethanol injection method

Kushenin-SSL and free kushenin were separated by Sephadex G-50 column

encapsulation efficiency was determined by HPLC.In vitro release law of Kushenin-SSL was investigated by the second method of dissolution in the 'Chinese Pharmacopoeia’(2010 edition). Result: Average encapsulation efficiency of Kushenin-SSL was 83.57%

in vitro release curve of Kushenin-SSL conformed Higuchi equation. Conclusion: Encapsulation efficiency of Kushenin-SSL met requirements of the 'Chinese Pharmacopoeia’(2010 edition)

and it had good in vitro release effect.
