目的: 研究甘肃产藏药五脉绿绒蒿总黄酮对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。 方法: 取小鼠55只
按性别体重随机分为5组;各组分别灌胃五脉绿绒蒿总黄酮(0.300

0.075 g·kg-1)以及对照液20 mL·kg-1;末次给药1 h后
模型对照组及各给药组腹腔注射四氯化碳(CCl4) 15 mg·kg-1、扑热息痛(AP) 150 mg·kg-1或硫代乙酰胺(TAA) 500 mg·kg-1
16 h后采集标本
测定血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)与天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。 结果: 0.150~0.300 g·kg-1的甘肃产藏药五脉绿绒蒿总黄酮能降低CCl4
TAA或AP诱发肝损伤小鼠的血清ALT和AST(P<0.01)
提高CCl4或TAA诱发肝损伤小鼠肝组织SOD与GSH-Px的活性(P<0.05
P<0.01)
降低CCl4或AP诱发肝损伤小鼠肝组织MDA的含量(P<0.01);同时在0.075~0.300 g·kg-1
甘肃产藏药五脉绿绒蒿总黄酮的肝损伤保护作用显示出一定的量-效关系。 结论: 甘肃产藏药五脉绿绒蒿总黄酮对CCl4

TAA造成的小鼠急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the liver protection of total flavones of Meconopsis quintuplinervia Regel(MQR) from Gansu Province in mice. Method: Fifty-five Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups that were orally administered the total flavones of MQR (0.300
0.150
0.075 g· kg-1) or contrast solution once per day for 7 d. Except normal mice
all the other mice were injected intraperitoneally 0.15% carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)
1.5% paracetamol(AP) or 5% thioocetamide(TAA) once. All mice were executed after 16 h and collected serum and liver samples for determining alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspirate aminotransferase(AST) in serum and malondialdehyde (MDA)
superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathion peroxidase(GSH-Px) in liver. Result: The total flavones of MQR growing in Gansu Province can degrade the levels of ALT and AST in serum and MDA in hepatic tissue
upgrade the SOD and GSH-Px activity in hepatic tissue. Furthermore
their protective effects exhibit the dose-effect relationship. Conclusion: The total flavones of MQR from Gansu Province have some protective effects on acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4
AP or TAA in mice.
