2.22 g·kg-1) could significantly reduce reperfusion arrhythmias ratings rate (P<0.01) and the expression of EGFR(P<0.01). WSL(0.56 g·kg-1) could reduce the expression of EGF(P<0.05). Conclusion: WSL decoction has protective effect on chronic gastritis. Its mechanism might be related to down-regulating the expressions of EGF and EGFR.
