Objective: To compare the efficacy and clinical features of Buchang Wenxin granule and propafenone in the treatment of premature beat. Method: One hundred and seven patients with premature beats (supraventricular SV

(61.31±5.69) bpm vs (58.53±4.80) bpm (P<0.05). Wenxin rranule also can reduce the QTcd of patients with Diabetes mellitus(DM) and coronary heart disease(CHD). Conclusion: Buchang Wenxin granule is effective for treating premature beats

suitable for the patients with slower heart rate
