摘要

目的: 分析温郁金水煎剂中石油醚提取物及挥发油的化学组成。方法: 参考汤剂临床水煎法

从温郁金药材中提取挥发油

气相色谱-质谱法分离并分析鉴定其成分

应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果: 石油醚萃取的挥发油中共分离出24个化学成分

鉴定了22个化学成分。结论: 通过对温郁金水煎剂中石油醚提取物及挥发油化学组成的研究

为温郁金药材更好地服务于临床提供一定的科学依据。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the chemical compositions of the essential oil and petroleum ether extract from wenyujin decoction. Method: Essential oils of wenyujin decoction were extracted by water-decoction

separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative percent content of each volatile component was quantified by area normalization method. Result: Twenty-two of the 24 separated constituents in volatile oil of wenyujin decoction were identified and quantified. Conclusion: The study on the volatile components and petroleum ether extract from wenyujin decoction provided certain scientific evidence for better clinical applications.
