orthogonal design was used to optimize ethanol reflux extraction technology of Guihuang Jiangzhi granule. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:soaked 60 min
refluxing extracted 90 min with 10 times the amount of 55% ethanol. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was stable
reasonable and practical
it could provide experimental basis for industrial production of Guihuang Jiangzhi granule.
