摘要

目的: 建立同时测定葛根芩连微丸中葛根素、甘草苷、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法: 采用RP-HPLC方法

色谱柱为Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相选用甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液系统

梯度系统

流速1.0 mL· min-1

检测波长275 nm。结果: 4个成分的方法学考察均合格

阴性供试品无干扰。结论: 该方法方便、准确、专属性强

可作为葛根芩连微丸质量控制的进一步补充。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of puerarin

liquiritin

baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Gegenqinlian Micropills. Method: RP-HPLC was applied on a Kromasil-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with methanol-phosphate buffer as mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1

and the detection wavelength was set at 275 nm. Result: The methodology of 4 components met the requirements with no interference of negatives. Conclusion: The method established is easy

accurate with high specificity

which can provide the base for the quality control of Gegenqinlian Micropills.
