摘要

目的: 建立女珍颗粒中特女贞苷的含量测定方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法

色谱柱为Waters-C18 柱 (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

以甲醇-水(40:60)为流动相

流速1 mL·min-1

检测波长224 nm。结果: 特女贞苷在0.306 25~0.918 75 μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系

Y=4×10-7X-1.51×10-2(r=0.999)

平均回收率为98.00%

RSD 1.48%

每6 g制剂含女贞子以特女贞苷(C31H42O17)计

不得低于15.0 mg。结论: 该方法简便、可靠、准确

专属性强

可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method for determination of specnuezhenide in Nuzhen granules. Method: Samples were analyzed on a Waters-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) using methanol-water (40: 60) as mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and examination wavelength was set at 224 nm. Result: Specnuezhenide showed a good linearity in the range of 0.306 25-0.918 75 μg

regression equation was Y=4×10-7X-1.51×10-2(r=0.999) and the average recovery was 98.00% (RSD 1.48%

n=6). Conclusion: The established methods are simple

accurate

reliable and can be used for the quality control of Nuzhen granules.
