Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of eight major compounds in Mailuoning injection
including chlorogenic acid
neochlorogenic acid
cryptochlorogenic acid
caffeic acid
cinnamic acid
3
4-dicaffeoylquinic acid
3
5-dicaffeoylquinic acid and 4
5-dicaffeoylquinic acid. Method: The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.8% acetic acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm for chlorogenic acid
