摘要

就近年来中草药在治疗呼吸道合胞病毒感染方面的实验研究文献进行整理

结合临床疗效

按照中草药、中药复方及其单体化学成分对其进行归纳分析。总结得到了具有抗RSV活性的中草药、中药复方及其单体化学成分。目前对于其有效部位、作用机制及实验方法的研究仍需进一步深入。中草药对治疗呼吸道合胞病毒感染有独特优势

需进一步开发利用。

Abstract

Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is an important pathogen of lower respiratory tract infection in infants and young children. Because of high incidence and mortality

it has been of great concern for a long time. However

there is lack of vaccine and the therapeutic options for treatment of this disease are limited. The advantages of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of viral infection is attracting more attention. To explore novel anti-viral inhibitors of RSV from Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese compound formula is meaningful. This article reviewed recent experimental studies of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of respiratory syncytial virus infection.
