摘要

目的: 建立HPLC测定柴芩软胶囊中葛根素的含量的方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法进行测定

色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

甲醇-水-磷酸(25:75:0.2)为流动相

检测波长250 nm。结果: 葛根素在0.559 5~111.9 mg ·L-1进样质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8

n=6)

葛根素平均回收率为98.85%(n=6 RSD 0.83%);精密度试验(RSD 0.52%

重复性试验RSD 0.57%)。结论: 方法快速、简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好

可测定柴芩软胶囊中葛根素的含量。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determining puerarin in Chaiqin soft capsules. Method: The HPLC analysis was performed on a C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (25: 75: 0.2) as mobile phase

detected at the wavelength of 250 nm. Result: Puerarinwas linear in the range of 0.559 5-111.9 mg · L-1(r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.85%

RSD 0.83%. the RSDs of precision and reproducibility were 0.52% and 0.57% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple

accurate and reproducible

which can be used to determine puerarin in Chaiqin soft capsules.
