Objective:To establish GC method for the determination of sixteen residual organic solvents in Lianju Ganmao capsule. Method: The sample was directly injected into AT-624 wide-bore capillary column and analyzed with FID detector using butyl acetate as the internal standard and dichloromethane as the solvent. Nitrogen was used as carrier gas. Result: n-hexane

n-pentadecane showed a good linear relationship over the rang of 1-32 mg·L-1 and Benzene was linear at range of 0.2-6.4 mg·L-1(r≥0.998 4). The average recovery was in range of 87.2%-116.9%.Each of the relative standard deviations was no more than 10% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is convenient
