R2=1.000 0。黄芩苷在1.482~148.2 mg ·L-1线性关系良好
平均回收率为97.8%
RSD 1.9%(n=6)。 结论: 该方法简便、准确、重复性好
可作为小儿清肺化痰颗粒黄芩苷含量的测定。
Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Xiaoerqingfeihuatan granule by HPLC. Method: HPLC was used on an Agilent XDB C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm
4.6 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (47: 53) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 with detection wavelength at 280 nm and column temperature at 40℃. Result: The regression equation of baicalin is A=34 884.9C-19 478.8
R2=1.000 0 (n=6). The linear range of baicalin was from 1.482-148.2 g ·L-1. The average recovery was 97.8%
and RSD was 1.9% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple
fast and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of Xiaoerqingfeihuatan granule.
