目的: 考察活血化瘀药对2型糖尿病大鼠的疗效。 方法: 采用高糖高脂喂饲加注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法建立大鼠2型糖尿病模型。造模成功后随机分为5组
模型组(10 mL·kg-1蒸馏水)
达美康组(0.05 g·kg-1)
速效救心丸组(0.1 g·kg-1)、地奥心血康组(0.1 g·kg-1)和复方丹参滴丸组(0.14 g·kg-1)
并设正常对照组(10 mL·kg-1蒸馏水)
连续ig 给药4周。分别于给药2
4周后测定各组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)
并于给药4周后测定口服糖耐量
计算血糖曲线下面积(AUC);测定血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)、总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、瘦素(Leptin)及糖化血红蛋白(GSP)
并做胰腺及肝脏病理学检查。 结果: 给药4周后
各组大鼠FBG分别为:正常组(5.32±0.69)mmol·L-1
模型组(20.40±2.75)mmol·L-1
达美康组(9.18±3.91)mmol·L-1
速效救心丸组(10.72±2.60)mmol·L-1
地奥心血康组(12.09±3.85)mmol·L-1
复方丹参滴丸组(14.76±2.57)mmol·L-1。各组大鼠TG分别为:正常组(0.50±0.08)mmol·L-1
模型组(1.00±0.20)mmol·L-1
达美康组(0.80±0.21)mmol·L-1
速效救心丸组(0.70±0.24)mmol·L-1
地奥心血康组(0.72±0.21)mmol·L-1
复方丹参滴丸组(0.81±0.13)mmol·L-1。3组活血化瘀复方能降低大鼠的FBG、改善糖耐量、降低血清TG和TC
血脂水平得到改善
脏器病变情况也得到改善。 结论: 活血化瘀药物组对2型糖尿病大鼠有一定的治疗作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicines on type 2 diabetic rats. Method: Type 2 diabetic rats model was established by feeding high calorie-diet and injection of small-dose streptozotocin(STZ).The selected rats were randomly divided into six groups:normal control group
model group
diamicron group and Suxiao Jiuxin pills group
Diao Xinxuekang group
Compound Danshen dripping pills group. Fasting blood glucose was detected during the administration on 0 week
2th week and 4th week.After 4 week’s administration
oral glucose tolerance test
free fatty acid(FFA)
triglyceride(TG)
total cholesterol(TC)
leptin
glycated serum protein fructose ammonia(GSP) were determined
pancreas and liver were examined. Result: After treatment of 4 weeks
the blood suger in each group was as follows::normal control(5.32±0.69)mmol·L-1

reduce the level of atrophy lesion of pancrea and liver. Conclusion: The blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicines have therapeutic effects on type 2 diabetic rats.
