目的: 观察外用丹参酮乳膏对兔耳痤疮模型的影响及其抗痤疮机制。 方法: 新西兰兔48只
随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组(克林霉素凝胶)及 丹参酮乳膏高、中、低剂量组、 丹参酮乳膏+薄荷醇组、乳膏基质组。模型制备成功后
在造模部位2 cm×2 cm范围涂抹对应药物0.5 g
每日1次
给药2周后
测定局部血管微循环、耳片重、血清中白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和二氢睾酮(DHT)含量。 结果: 模型组家兔炎症相关指标耳片重为(0.210 0±0.038 5)g
IL-1α为(90.22±15.00)ng·L-1
IL-6为(135.88±11.28)ng·L-1
丹参酮乳膏高、中、低剂量组、3% 丹参酮乳膏+1%薄荷醇组和阳性药物组相对于模型组均有显著性降低(P<0.01)。与模型组兔耳涂药部位的微血管灌注量(41.17±5.34)比较
丹参酮乳膏高、中、低剂量组和阳性药物组均能显著的提高兔耳涂药部位的微血管灌注量(P<0.01)。与模型组比较
丹参酮乳膏高、中剂量组、 丹参酮乳膏3%+薄荷醇1%组均能显著的降低血清中DHT含量(P<0.01)。对痤疮丙酸杆菌克林霉素的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为31.25 mg·L-1
丹参酮乳膏的MIC为195.31 mg·L-1
薄荷醇的MIC为6 250 mg·L-1。 结论: 丹参酮乳膏具有显著的抗痤疮作用
丹参酮乳膏抗痤疮机制可能通过对痤疮丙酸杆菌的杀灭作用
通过降低二氢睾酮来抑制皮脂的生成
降低IL-1α和IL-6来抑制痤疮部位的炎症
及改善局部的血液循环促进痤疮的愈合。薄荷醇能够提高丹参酮乳膏的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of the tanshinone cream and investigate the probable mechanism. Method: According to smeared coal tar on the inside of New Zealand Rabbit's auricle and injected acne for two weeks to built acne complex animal model. We used tanshinone cream to treat it for two week.After that

the mechanism of tanshinone cream anti-acne may depend on four field:suppressing and killing acne
suppressing sebum synthetize by reduced the concentration of DHT
remitting local inflammation by reduce IL-1α
IL-6 in serum
promoting acne recover via improved local microcirculation.Menthol could promote tanshinone cream absorbing into skin to improve the tanshinone cream therapy effect.
