摘要

目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定青萘伯喹片中萘酚喹含量。方法 : 采用Diamonsil ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm);乙腈-0.25%二乙胺溶液(磷酸调节pH至2.5)(23∶77)为流动相

流速0.8 mL·min-1

检测波长为342 nm

柱温25 ℃。结果: 萘酚喹在0.16~0.8 mg·L-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 976

n=5)

平均加样回收率为99.56%

RSD 0.32%(n=9)。结论: 该法操作简便、准确

适用于复方制剂青萘伯喹片中萘酚喹的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determinetion of naphthoquine in antimalaria drug Artemisinine Naphthoquine Primaquine Tablets. Method: The assay was performed by a Diamonsil ODS C18 columm(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.25% diethylamine with radio of 23∶77(pH 2.5

adjusted with phosphoric acid)

and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.The wavelength of detector was set at 342 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃. Result: Naphthoquine has a good linearity in the rang of 0.16-0.8 μg (r=0.999 9)

and the average recovery was 99.56%with RSD of 0.32%(n=9). Conclusion: The method was simple

accurate and suitable for the determination of naphtoquine in Artemisinine Naphthoquine Primaquine Tablets.
