摘要

目的: 研究观察中药舒肝胶囊对长期"怒"心理应激雌性大鼠的行为学和体重、子宫及卵巢指数的改变。方法: 将24只雌性SD大鼠随机分为3组(正常对照组、"怒"模型组、舒肝胶囊组)

每组8只。模型组予夹尾间接激怒法造模4周

舒肝胶囊组在造模的同时予舒肝胶囊0.54 g·kg-1灌胃

给药4周。另外群居饲养10只大鼠作为入侵者激怒。记录并分析各实验组大鼠的行为学改变

体重及子宫、卵巢的指数

评价模型质量及中药干预的效果。结果: 模型组较正常组水平、垂直及总得分均显著增高(P<0.01)

中央格时间、粪便粒数增多

修饰次数、修饰时间显著减少(P<0.01);体重减轻(P<0.05);卵巢指数显著降低(P<0.01);舒肝胶囊组较模型组水平、垂直及总得分均显著降低

差异有显著性(P<0.01);中央格时间延长、粪便粒数减低

修饰次数及修饰时间增多(P<0.05或P<0.01);卵巢指数显著增高(P<0.01)。结论: 舒肝胶囊对改善"怒"引起的敏感、紧张情绪有一定的改善作用

对缓解"怒"引起的体重、子宫及卵巢指数的改变有一定效果。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effects of Shugan capsule (SGC) on behavior

body weight

uterus and ovary index in rats with psychological stress of anger。 Method: Animal model of anger stress was established by indirectly clamping the mice tails according to ZHAN Xianghong's method. The SGC group was given SGC 0.54 g·kg-1d ig for 4 weeks. The behavior was recorded and analyzed as well as BW

uterus and ovary index were used to evaluate the model and effects of SGC. Result: Theopen field test showed that each index changed significantly in model group compared with normal control group(P<0.01)

but SGC group have no significant discrepancy;compared with model group

SGC group have significant discrepancy(P<0.05).Body weight and organ index in model group have significant discrepancy compared with normal control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01)

but SGC group have no significant discrepancy;compared with model group

SGC group have or no significant discrepancy. Conclusion: SGC can regulate the abnormal emotion and improve BW and uterus and ovary index.
