摘要

目的: 建立炎可宁片中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和汉黄芩素含量的HPLC测定方法。方法: 采用Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)色谱柱

流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH 3.0)

梯度洗脱

流速0.8 mL·min-1

检测波长265 nm。结果: 盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和汉黄芩素的线性范围分别为3.838~115.1(r=0.999 8)

15.51~465.2(r=1.000 0)

7.005~210.1 mg·L-1(r=1.000 0)

方法回收率均不低于98％。结论: 方法简便、准确、重复性好

能排除其他成分的干扰

可用于该制剂的质量控制的评价。

Abstract

Objective:A HPLC method was established for the determination of berberine hydrochloride

baicalin and wogonin in Yankening Pian. Method: Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-water

which was adjusted to pH3.0 by 0.1％phosphoric acid solution and triethylamine by gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Result: The HPLC method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 3.838-115.1 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8)for berberine hydrochloride

15.51-465.2 mg·L-1(r=1.000 0)for baicalin

7.005-210.1 mg·L-1(r=1.000 0)for wogonin. Recoveries for the three components were all above 98％. Conclusion: The methods is simple

accurate and repeatable

which can be used for the quality control of the tablets.
