Objective: To investigate the poctect function of Diyu Shengbai tabletts on bone marrow depression induced by cyclophosphamide in mice. Method: Twenty-four Balb/C mice

were categorized into three groups. Mice in model group and Diyu Shengbai group were administered cyclophosphamide (Cy) (100 mg · kg-1 once a day for 3 days by intraperitoneal injection) to induce marrow suppression. Diyu Shengbai group was received Diyu Shengbai table treatment (100 mg · kg-1body weight orally once a day for 10 days). A vehicle treated control group was also arrangeed.
