摘要

目的: 探讨益气养阴中药配合培美曲塞联合顺铂化疗治疗中晚期肺腺癌的疗效。方法: 将56例中晚期肺腺癌患者随机分为中药加化疗组30例及单纯化疗组26例

接受包括益气养阴中药、化疗、支持治疗的综合治疗

观察生存质量、瘤体改变、细胞免疫功能变化及主要毒副作用比较。益气养阴中药用生脉散合补肺汤加减:生地黄15 g

黄芪20 g

五味子6 g

鳖甲15 g

沙参10 g

麦门冬9 g

百合12 g

川贝母9 g

杏仁6 g

仙鹤草15 g

阿胶5 g(烊化)。每日1剂

煎煮2次

分2次口服

每周期化疗开始后连续14 d。化疗方案为培美曲塞500 mg·m-2·d1

顺铂75 mg·m-2

分d1~d2用

21 d为1个周期。单纯化疗组接受化疗及支持治疗

化疗方案同中药治疗加化疗组。两组患者均给予正规补充金施尔康(含叶酸及多种维生素)、维生素B12及地塞米松

支持治疗包括均给与5-HT3受体拮抗剂预防呕吐

出现骨髓抑制者给与重组人粒集落刺激因子治疗

两组在治疗两个周期后评价疗效。结果: 中药加化疗组与化疗组患者生存质量

免疫功能变化及毒副作用比较有显著性差异

有效率分别为56.7%

53.8%

两组比较无显著性差异。结论: 益气养阴中药加培美曲塞联合顺铂化疗治疗晚期肺腺癌能改善患者的生存质量

提高患者免疫功能

且降低毒副作用。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of the therapy of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin herb plus pemetrexed combined with cisplatin chemotherapy treated the patients with adenocarcinoma of lungs in advanced stage. Method: The 56 cases of patients with adenocarcinoma of lungs were divided into traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy group and simple chemotherapy group at random

alteration of cellular immune function and side-effec were observed. Result: The differences of life quality

alteration of cellular immune function and side-effect in two groups were significant. The effective rates of two groups were 56.7% and 53.8% respectively and there was no difference. Conclusion: The therapy of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin herbplus thepemetrexed combined with Cisplatin could improve life quality

increase cellular immune function and decrease side-effect of patients with adenocarcinoma of lungs in advanced stage.
