摘要

目的: 测定"三热论"方各纯化部位中药根碱、表小檗碱、黄连碱、巴马汀和小檗碱的含量。方法: "三热论"复方经HPD 400大孔树脂

采用HPLC测定4个洗脱部位中5种生物碱的含量。结果: HPD 400大孔树脂纯化后

30%乙醇洗脱部位生物碱含量最高。结论: 大孔树脂纯化法简单易行

30%纯化部位经HPLC检测

其中生物碱含量最高

为有效部位筛选奠定了基础。

Abstract

Objective: To determination of jatrorrhizine

epiberberine

coptisine

palmatine and berberine hydrochloride in purification parts of ‘Sanrelun’ compound. Method: ‘Sanrelun’ compound through HPD 400 macroporous resin with 10%

then was determinated the five alkaloids in four purification parts by HPLC. Result: The highest content of alkaloids was the part of 30%EtOH purified by HPD 400 macroporous resin. Conclusion: In this study

the method of macroporous resin purification is simple

alkaloid content which was determinated by HPLC is highest in the part of 30% of the purified

which provide the foundation for effective parts selection.
