摘要

目的: 建立用RP-HPLC同时测定银黄颗粒中绿原酸和黄芩苷含量的方法。方法: 采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱

检测波长325 nm。结果: 绿原酸和黄芩苷的线性范围分别为0.060 0~ 1.20 μg和0.272~5.44 μg

回归方程分别为Y=3.09×106X-39 215

r=0.999 9和Y=2.08×106X-117 181(r=0.999 9)加样回收率分别为99.5%

97.9%;RSD分别为0.73%

1.79%。结论: 本法操作简便

分离度好

可用于颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid and bacalin in Yinhuang granules. Method: The analysis was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with acetonitrile and water containing 0.4% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase in gradient elution. The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1. The UV detector wavelength was at 325 nm

and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid and bacalin were 0.060 0-1.20 μg (r = 0.999 9) and 0.272-5.44 μg (r=0.999 9); the average recoveries of chlorogenic acid and bacalin were 99.5% and 97.9%

and RSD were 0.73% and 1.79% respectively. Conclusion: The method was simple

feasible

and it can be used for the quality control of Yinhuang granule.
