摘要

目的: 建立衍宗育子胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法

Appollo C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

乙腈-水(26:74)为流动相

检测波长270 nm

柱温室温。结果: 淫羊藿苷在0.025 5~0.408 μg

峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998)

平均回收率为99.4%

RSD 1.25%(n=6)。结论: 该方法简便、准确、重复性好

可作为该制剂含量测定方法。

Abstract

Objective: To develop an HPLC method for detecting icariin in Yanzong Yuzi capsules. Method: An Appollo C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (26: 74). The detection wave length was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was at room temperature. Result: Icariin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.025 5 to 0.408 μg

r=0.999 8.The recovery and RSD were 99.4% and 1.25%(n=6). Conclusion: Method was proved to be simple

accurate and repeatable to determine the content of icariin in Yanzong Yuzi capsules.
