摘要

目的: 建立元胡止痛滴丸的质量标准。方法: 采用薄层色谱法对处方中的延胡索和白芷进行定性鉴别

并应用高效液相色谱法

CAPCELL PAK C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

甲醇-0.02%磷酸二氧钾和0.96%磷酸氢二钾(pH 6.5)(55∶45)

检测波长280 nm

柱温40 ℃

流速1.0 mL·min-1

测定延胡索乙素的含量。结果: TCL图谱中可检出延胡索、白芷的特征图谱。延胡索乙素在0.110~0.825 μg呈良好线性关系

r=0.999 8

平均回收率为97.69％

RSD 1.81％。结论: 试验建立的方法简便

准确

专属性强、重复性好

可有效地控制元胡止痛滴丸的质量。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the method for quality control of Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pills. Method: Rhizoma Corydalis and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae in the formula were identified qualitatively by TLC. The content of thetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pills was determined by HPLC. Result: Rhizoma Corydalis and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae could be detected by TLC. Thetrahydropalmatine was linear in the range of 0.110-0.825 μg

and the average recovery was 97.69％

RSD was 1.81％. Conclusion: The method is simple

accurate

reliable and reproducible

which can be used for quality control of Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pills.
