摘要

目的: 通过对市售活血止痛散和活血止痛胶囊中樟脑、异樟脑和龙脑的测定

建立活血止痛制剂中冰片质量的合理评价方法。方法: 采用ZB-WAX毛细管柱

柱温 110℃

同时测定活血止痛散和活血止痛胶囊中樟脑、异龙脑和龙脑含量。结果: 在所述试验系统中

樟脑、异龙脑、龙脑在各自范围内线性关系良好

平均回收率均在 95 %~105 %

RSD均<3 %。结论: 采用气相色谱法建立活血止痛制剂中樟脑的限量检查和冰片的含量测定方法

为该类药品的安全性和有效性评价提供实验基础

方法准确、灵敏、简便

可用于活血止痛制剂的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish evaluation method of quality of borneol in Huoxue Zhitong preparations. Method: A ZB-WAX capillary column was used and the column temperature was kept at 110℃ for simultaneous determination of camphor

iso-borneol and borneol in Huoxue Zhitong Powder and Huoxue Zhitong Capsules. Result: Good linearities were obtained for camphor

iso-borneol and borneol respectively and the average recoveries were all between 95% and 105% with RSD below 3%. Conclusion: The proposed method is accurate

sensitive and simple

which is suitable for quality control of Huoxue Zhitong preparations.
