at 1-4 h after carrageenin-induced inflammatory

paw edema degree in TSRT 200 mg·kg-1 and 100 mg·kg-1 groups were significantly lower than that in mode group (P＜0.01)

at 2-4 h after carrageenin-induced inflammatory

paw edema degree in TSRT 50 mg·kg-1 group was lower than that in model group (P＜0.05). In the test of histamine-induced pigment oozing from skin vessel in rats

in all TSRT dose groups

the pigment infiltration area and pigment content were lower than that in model group(P＜0.05-P<0.01). In the test of mice cotton pellet granuloma

weight of cotton pellet granuloma was lower than that in model group(P<0.05-P<0.01). Conclusion: TSRT has significent anti-inflammatory on acute and chronic inflammatory.
